Rehabilitation and Welfare Development Organization for Afghanistan

With funding from an ASGP Service Delivery Grant, the Rehabilitation and Welfare Development Organization for Afghanistan conducted job-training classes for 33 women and girls in order to build their capacity to find a job. RWDOA provides internet facilities and coaching to all participants, and is one of the only centers where women can go to receive support finding employment. More than half of the women and girls that have participated in the RWDOA program have found permanent employment, gaining an income and respect within their families.
